Check in: from 1 pm (13:00) to 8,00 pm
Check out: 11.30 am
Late check in after 9,30pm: surcharge 10 €
Late check in after 10,30 pm: surcharge 15 € to be paid in cash upon your arrival.

Could you please let us know your flight number, it is necessary to know your expected arrival time as we do not have a 24 hours reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation is free until 21 days before check - in (1 PM local time)
- Please cancell your booking by fax or email and verify our acceptance reply

PENALTIES
from the 21th day: 20% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card
from the 15th day: 30% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card
from the 7th day: 50% of the total stay will be deducted from your credit card
from the 3rd day: 100% of the total stay will be deducted
no show: 100% of the total stay will be deducted
for non-agreed early departures (24 hours from checkout) you would be asked to pay for the night (for the nights remaining)

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
To confirm your reservation, complete credit card information (Visa/Mastercard) must be provided as guarantee or a one night deposit can be sent by bank or postal wire to bank information provided.
Since there are few rooms, the reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of credit card information or payment details.
2-night minimum during weekends, 3-4 night minimum during holidays.
Payment by cash only for one-night bookings & promotions.
